Sophie Kelveri was born in Nicosia on January 30th 1984.

She graduated from the Pancyprian Gymnasium and she went on to study at the School of Fine Arts of Aristotelio University Thessalonikis, from which where she graduated in 2008 with Honors.She studied under the supervision of George Golfinos and she also followed engraving courses at the workshop of Xenis Sachini.

During her studies, she participated in various group exhibitions. In January 2010, she inaugurated her first solo exhibition in Nicosia.
